Career
Guitarist, arranger and educator. A tango devotee born in Almirante Brown and a graduate of the EMPA School of Music.
In 2022 Agustín releases his first soloist EP “Tachá La Doble”, where tradition and modernity of the urban Buenos Aires scene meet, adapted to the voice of the solo guitar through original arrangements. This album contains a selection of 21st century tangos and milongas, with works that are modern classics and bear the distinct mark of today’s aesthetic.
In 2023, “Fetiche” was released, featuring four adaptations for guitar and bandoneon based on works by Julián Peralta, recorded as a duo with Mariano González Calo. Said album is part of the “Nueva época de oro del TANGO” (New Golden Age of Tango) series by De Puerto publishing.
